Hope Bridge Services provides high quality fee for service counselling and support services including Addictions Counselling, Life Transition Counselling,  Grief Counselling and Group Counselling services.

Employability Assessments for Substance Impacted Individuals :

In a supportive, safe environment, an interview is conducted to assess the individual’s current state of employability.  The outcome report provides the following information:

1.  
   1. Identify if theclient’s stress management and recovery maintenance skills provide a good foundation for employment success and if not provide referrals and/or activities to increase readiness
   2. Identify any long-term effects of drugs the client may be experienceing and assess how these symptions could impact employability, when needed provide referalls and/or activities to improve readiness
   3. Identify employment related triggers
   4. Identify other considerations for a Recovery Compatible Return to Work Action Plan
