As a vocational consellor she has coordinated numerous skills training programs as well as facilitating life skills workshops in Personality Dimensions, communications, conflict resolution and personal development. Penny’s credentials include a BA in Education, Employment Counselling Certificate, “B” Level Assessment Certification, Life Skills Coach Management Certificate, Provincial Instructors Diploma, Personality Dimensions Certification and Alcohol and Drug Training. Creating an interactive experiential learning environment is her passion as well as supporting realistic solution focused approaches to client’s career path planning.
