Margo O’Hara, Director, Contract Manager
Margo’s extensive and wide-ranging experience in human resources management, employment consulting, addictions-trauma counselling and project management provides the knowledge base to develop and manage Hope Bridge Services. Her experience includes training program development for corporate and social services agencies as well as experience in both residential and non-residential addictions treatment facilities. Margo provided support and counselling services to three women’s programs designed to treat women for both addictions and abuse trauma. Margo’s education includes a Diploma in Human Resources Management (BCIT), Alcohol and Drug Counselling Certificate (VCC), Solution Focus and Narrative Therapy (VCC), trauma counselling and ongoing professional development. For over ten years Margo has received specialized professional development and clinical supervision (Dr. R. Laird) focused on treating survivors of addictions and trauma.
