Hope Bridge Services specializes in delivering quality employment services to substance impacted individuals.

The journey of recovery from substance misuse presents many challenges and obstacles, but when provided with appropriate support and resources individuals can and do succeed, going on to live productive meaningful lives.

We believe a key element to the success of our clients is finding and maintaining suitable employment. Developing a long-term relationship with the workforce provides financial stability, builds self-esteem, creates personal independence and opens the door to future opportunities.

With the new B.C. Employment Model in the planning stages, Hope Bridge Services is exploring how we might best serve our immediate community as well as support the larger Provincial community.  We believe it is important for individuals recovering from addiction to have access to Vocational Rehabilitation Services that have the knowledge and experience necessary to develop Recovery Compatible Return to Work Action Plans.  Hope Bridge Services can help Employment Service Centres provide this specialty service.  Province wide we can provide: Specialized Case Mgmt Consulting,  Employability Assessments for Substance Impacted Individuals (EASII),  Referral information, Staff Development and Coaching.   Within the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley Regions we can provide a full range of employment services designed specifically for individuals in recovery:   Specialized Case Mgmt and/or Case Management Consulting,  Employability Assessments for Substance Impacted Individuals (EASII),  Referral information, Career Decision Making,  Employment Planning, Recovery Safe Job Search Strategies and Recovery Related Personal Development Workshops.  For more information go to:  Vocational Services, Addiction Services and Contract Facilitation Services
